I have been a client of Core Principles for close to 3 years. At the time of joining Core Principles I found myself nudging 40, feeling the effects of juggling a desk job and 3 young children. I was tired, weak, prone to back problems and generally not enjoying the way I looked in my clothes – let alone out of my clothes. While I still have a desk job and 3 growing children, I’m now stronger than I’ve been in my whole life. I no longer visit an osteopath for tweaks. I’ve embraced running, I play much more sport and I don’t have to think about what’s bulging out of my clothes. I continue weekly PT sessions because they keep me on-track and (mostly) I quite enjoy the experience.
