My love for cycling and music became apparent 20 odd years ago when I enrolled myself into my first cycle course. Since that day I have been teaching in a group fitness format and have loved every moment of it!
Fitness is so much more than just big muscles. As a personal trainer, I focus on lifestyle choices to ensure my clients get the most out of their day and are able to live strong, healthy, active and engaging lives.
I have had a love of physical activity since I can remember. This passion and endless hours practicing my footy has led me to being drafted by St Kilda FC in 2011 where I spent 4 years at the senior level.
Blessed with a passion and dedication to inspire those I train, I create an environment that is all about building confidence. I myself, live and promote a lifestyle that aims to empower my clients to be the fittest and happiest version of themselves.
Suzy started practicing yoga over 10 years ago to help her deal with an unhappy lower back – after years of studying for her Bachelor of Biological Science degree and hours of standing on her feet in retail to support herself, yoga was literally what the doctor ordered!
