Fitness Assessments

All Personal Training programs begin with an initial Fitness Assessment. This is used to baseline your current health and fitness levels and discuss your objectives. The result is a personalised program that brings together your current fitness, your objectives and realistic milestones in which to achieve your result.

The Fitness Assessment includes:

  1. Health Screen (Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate, Body Measurements, Body Composition Analysis)
  2. Fitness Test
  3. Personal goal setting
  4. Nutrition overview
  5. Design of your individualised program

We are also able to conduct an assessment of your Calorie Requirements for weight management as an additional service to provide you with critical information needed to manage your weight.
