I've always loved staying active and truly believe that being able to move freely can make a huge difference in someone's life. That's why I want to use my knowledge to help my clients find their own enjoyment in exercise and reach their fitness goals, whether it's hitting PR’s or regaining everyday function.

With the expertise acquired throughout my Exercise and Nutrition Science degree, I can design programs tailored to my clients' specific goals, whether it's weight loss, strength gain, or improving endurance, ensuring they enjoy their fitness journey.

My own training helps me do the activities I love which are either rock climbing, running, hiking or surfing depending on the day.

I grew up in regional Victoria with a big passion for sport, playing basketball all across Victoria. After high school I decided to take the step and move to Melbourne and attend University to complete my Bachelors degree of Exercise and Sports Science.

My goal is to show show clients that gyms aren’t all big and scary, while providing a space where you can feel comfortable, enjoy a workout and have a friendly chat.

Now that I've finished my bachelors degree, I now want to apply the knowledge that I have learned and be able to pass it on to others. Building a gym program that is going to be specific to the client as everyone moves a little differently, but also building up a connection between all the members and staff of the gym.

Each day I have 1 goal I set out to achieve and that is “Being 1% better than I was yesterday is the goal for today”. It doesn't take much, just going for a walk, learning new skills. Anything that is going to add to my ability to be a little bit better.

Sport and exercise has always been a massive part of my life and it’s my aim to help others find their love for movement and achieve their goals. 

As a trainer I believe everyone is different and I look to understand the individual motivations and barriers to exercise - while using my knowledge to create programs that both work and my clients enjoy. At the end of the day it’s easier to work hard when you enjoy the work. 

One of my favourite quotes is “action precedes motivation” by author Robert McKain. I love this quote so much because in my case it definitely rings true and I think it can be super helpful for anyone in a rut (exercise related or not). 

I am an exercise and sport science graduate who in my spare time loves to play football, watch sport, exercise, read and study languages/other cultures/history.

I was once overweight and felt absolutely terrible about my body. My confidence level was so low that I felt intimated every time I stepped into the gym.

I was desperately looking for ways to lose weight fast by myself (not a wise thing to do). I had to learn the hard way that the only way to lose weight without damaging your health is through exercising consistently and eating according to your lifestyle needs, there is afterall, no quick fixes when it comes to long term success.

After a successful transformation, I found passion in fitness and became interested in becoming a Personal Trainer in order to help my clients achieve their own goals in best possible way.

With more than 6 years in health and fitness; I use my own body to test different training methods, diet styles and supplements. Whether your goal is to tone up, drop a few kg’s, build strength or even do 1 pull up; rest assured, we will both strive together to reach your peak.

My experience working with many high performing and often stressed out individuals has lead me to a career which assists others achieve a balanced and sustainable lifestyle, while still thriving in a hectic, stressful and sometimes crazy world!
