Weight and Blood Sugars Down

I have been coming twice a week to Core Principles since the beginning of the year and the results are pleasing , so far.  I have been watching my diet and with the exercise I have managed to lose 8 kilograms and have lowered my A1C sugar levels from as high as 10.8 down to 7.2!

These changes have made a good deal of difference to my wellbeing and self- esteem. I would recommend a twice weekly system of guided exercise and diet with a personal trainer to anyone who wishes to improve their health status. Obviously this is an on- going process and it takes time to get results but in the long run it is well worth it.
