Sam Waltzer

I've always loved staying active and truly believe that being able to move freely can make a huge difference in someone's life. That's why I want to use my knowledge to help my clients find their own enjoyment in exercise and reach their fitness goals, whether it's hitting PR’s or regaining everyday function.

With the expertise acquired throughout my Exercise and Nutrition Science degree, I can design programs tailored to my clients' specific goals, whether it's weight loss, strength gain, or improving endurance, ensuring they enjoy their fitness journey.

My own training helps me do the activities I love which are either rock climbing, running, hiking or surfing depending on the day.
