Our Group Personal Training sessions allow us the flexibility to focus on YOU and cater to your personal goals and objectives. So you wont get lost in the crowd, left behind or ignored by an instructor who doesn't know or care who you are!!
As a member, you have access to all of the sessions which are scheduled around the demands of our busy clients. Your Personal Trainer will discuss the right group and type of session for you and can make suggestions as to the frequency and combination of sessions that will best deliver the results you are looking for - there is NO 'one size fits all' attitude at Core Principles!!

SGPT membership allows you unlimited access to all of our small group personal training sessions which are scheduled daily between Monday and Saturday, between the hours of 5.30 am and 7.00 pm. The group sessions are designed to cater for all levels of fitness and experience.
So what exactly do I get for my Membership?
